Our Pricing Policy

Note: Our competitive pricing reflects the pre-owned nature of our appliances while ensuring quality and reliability.

Rental Terms & Pricing

1. Rental Periods

We offer two contract durations:

  • 6-month contract: Standard monthly pricing
  • 12-month contract: 10% discount on monthly rates
2. Refundable Deposit

All rentals require a R500 refundable deposit in addition to the first month's payment. This deposit will be refunded when all items are returned in good condition.

3. Minimum Rental Period

Large appliances (fridges, large TVs) require a minimum 6-month rental period.

4. Early Termination
  • For 6-month contracts: Early termination requires payment of 50% of remaining contract value.
  • For 12-month contracts: Early termination requires payment of 30% of remaining contract value.
5. Delivery Fees

Standard delivery fee of R200 applies to all orders.

6. Appliance Condition

All appliances are pre-owned but have been thoroughly inspected, cleaned, and tested to ensure proper functionality. Minor cosmetic imperfections may be present but do not affect performance.

7. Warranty

All appliances come with a full warranty for the duration of your rental period. We will repair or replace any appliance that fails due to normal use.

8. Account Requirement

You must create an account and be logged in to complete a rental.
